Open your order in the Temu app and look for the return or refund option. Items that are not eligible will not show it.
Steps
- Select the item you want to return.
- Choose the reason that best matches the problem.
- Add photos if the app asks for them.
- Follow the packing and shipping instructions shown for your return.
- Keep your receipt or tracking number until the refund appears.
The order page shows the return window for your purchase, so check it early. Refund timing depends on how you paid.
